Their communication is fantastic, 1- clarity on when they would arrive (very punctual!), 2- text/call updates as needed, and 3- email correspondence for all documentation. Oscar’s background in large scale mitigation gives him the expertise to address any situation. Our repairs were done in under a week (full mitigation, new drywall, repainting, etc), and look fantastic!
