Oscar and his crew were OUTSTANDING! Highest quality of work! Oscar also took care and time to coach us through the claims process with our insurance which was so helpful! If we ever have another project we will definitely hire Simesota again and we will be giving out Oscar's number to anyone we know who needs restoration work done! Oscar and his crew showed up a few hours after I called. We had significant water damage in our basement. I wasn’t expecting someone to show up so soon I am so glad I called Oscar. They went to work on the mitigation and removal of everything that was damaged. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I would recommend them to any one who needs restoration services. He worked with our insurance company State Farm we are very pleased with the fast turnaround. Stop your search, this is the crew you’re looking for, Simesota is your one-stop for mitigation and repair. They understand stressful situations and discuss proper steps to stop damage, treat thoroughly, and repair. Our home had ground level to basement water damage, ceilings and walls and carpet/floors were affected. Oscar was completely transparent on how the mitigation set up worked, expected timeline, and what he and the team would do to complete the rebuild along with estimates. You only work with them and not subcontractors or multiple people/trades through your home, which puts your mind at ease, no surprises! They work quickly with insurance and can talk through questions on any claims process. Their communication is fantastic, 1- clarity on when they would arrive (very punctual!), 2- text/call updates as needed, and 3- email correspondence for all documentation. Oscar’s background in large scale mitigation gives him the expertise to address any situation. Our repairs were done in under a week (full mitigation, new drywall, repainting, etc), and look fantastic! We were very impressed with this Team. Our house had water damage on our wood floor and they were very responsive to come and restore and also put down all new flooring and painting our entire first level. We worked directly with Oscar and he was a great communicator and very transparent. Simesota Restoration responded immediately to my call to survey my basement water damage and to detail not only the process of remediation and restoration, but also the insurance claim process. They were on the job within a couple days and worked diligently over the next weeks (including a holiday weekend) to bring my basement family room back. Communication was great throughout the whole process and I highly recommend Simesota!
